What it costs

Nobody else in these groups publishes their pricing. Here is ours, to the cent, before you commit to anything.

Two lines on any quote are ours: an order fee of A$10.00, waived once your merchandise is over US$125.00, and a service fee of 20% of the item cost. Everything else is a cost passing through at cost, itemised so you can see it.

There is no minimum order. A single pin is poor value and the calculator will say so, with the number, so you can decide for yourself rather than being talked into a bigger basket or turned away from a small one.

How would we get it?
What are you after?

Type the US price from the product page, before US sales tax. We cannot read a price out of a link, so that figure has to come from you. Keep the link handy for the order form.

A pin on its backing card is about 5mm, so four lie flat in the cheapest large letter. A sealed mystery pouch is nearer 9mm, so three of those already have to travel as a parcel.

Registered Post costs the same anywhere in Australia, so this does not change your total. The order form asks for it, so you may as well check it now.

What you would pay

Type a US price and the whole thing appears here, line by line, with nothing left out.

The rules behind the numbers

The total is the total
Postage, insurance and every charge are in the figure above. There is nothing added at checkout and nothing to pay on delivery.
Insurance is not optional
Every order goes Registered Post with tracking, signature on delivery and cover for its full value, included in your total. If it goes missing in the post, that is our problem to sort out, not yours.
Forwarding is always cheaper, by exactly the border charge
If it is on the US store site we order and forward it, and no duty or GST is payable. If it is park exclusive, a trip pickup is the only way to get it at all, and the government taxes it. That difference goes to the government, not to us: we charge the same either way.
If the price moves, you are covered
Sold out means that line is refunded in full with no fee. A small price rise we absorb and buy it anyway. A large one we refund, with no fee, and tell you why. The exchange rate is locked for the window and carries a buffer, which is why the rate above is a little behind the headline one.
We can say no to an item
Every request is read by a person before any money moves. What gets declined is a single obscure item that would need a dedicated trip to a shop we were not visiting anyway, never an order for being small.

Sealed blind bags and mystery pouches are bought as they come, so there are no returns on what is inside them. The policies page has the rest, and get in touch if your order is an odd shape and you want a figure first.
