These terms apply when you use mainstreetdownunder.com. Personal shopping orders also follow the personal shopping policies, which you accept at checkout.
Independent, and not an official source
Main Street Down Under is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.
Park, resort, character and product names are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe what we write about, and nothing on this site is an official source for any park, resort or cruise line.
Guides are general information
We check guides first-hand and date them, but prices, opening hours, park policies, visa and entry rules all change. Confirm the details with the official source before you book or travel. Guides are general information, not financial, legal, medical or immigration advice; for visas and entry requirements, the relevant government website is the authority.
Australian dollar figures are estimates at the time of writing unless a guide says otherwise, and exchange rates move.
Personal shopping
Orders, deposits, balances, exchange rates, delivery, cancellations and returns are covered by the personal shopping policies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Links, affiliate links and ads
We link to other sites so you can check and book things. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your details. Some links may be affiliate links; the affiliate disclosure explains how they work.
Using the site fairly
Automated access is welcome within the limits in our robots.txt. Please do not overload the site, try to get around its security, or use its forms to send spam.
